I am an award winning, expert Architectural Exteriors Photographer with more than 20 years professional experience photographing buildings, structures and the natural and man made built exterior environment.  I work for architects, construction companies, engineers, industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, commercial retail companies, property managers, capital companies, owners, tenant and anyone else who needs award winning quality art of architectural exterior.  Throughout the years, I have grown in my profession and expanded to a versatile commercial photographer working in serval different verticals but I began my career more than 20 years with Architectural Exteriors.  I absolutely loved the art of showing a building at it’s very best and have never stopped loving this technique.  A lot has changed through the years.  Technology has made a lot of the processes quicker and more convenient.  However, the core basics to Architectural Photography have not changed.

Lighting is one of the most important aspects of successful architectural exteiror photography.  I have studied lighting for decades.  The first thing I do when discussing a new project with an architect, construction company, property manager or building owner is determine the direction their building faces.  This determines the time of day or additional fill lighting to be required.  Each client has a specific look and feel required for their project whether it be a dramatic sunset or twilight style image or a crisp, clean blue bird sky daytime image.  I can achieve any style you desire but it all starts with the direction of building and the existing natural light.

Composition, branding, architectural details and the existing environment are all additional aspects to architectural exterior photography.  Buildings and structures are tough to stage.  Most times, you have to work with with what you got.  Throughout the years I developed solutions to capture any building in any condition in any circumstance to create your vision and ideas and often time equally as important, NOT get what you don’t want in your exteriors.  A construction company may only have a small window of time to photograph their new design build before they have to hand over the keys to the tenant so often times we are shooting around heavy equipment and landscapers still finishing up the project yet still creating “punch out finished” looking final art.  A property manager may be selling the buildings and don’t want the existing branding.  I’ve seen it all and done it all and the experience to solve any situation and provide the most compelling, dramatic, clean architectural exterior photography.

I work side by side with Art Directors and Marketing Departments within architectural firms, engineer firms, construction companies, property managers, capital companies, retailers and building owners to create the visual style and art envisioned from concept to print.  I consider myself part of the team.  We will work together to creatively differentiate your building to drive sales and revenue, win proposals and advertise your building.  I have worked for hundreds of different companies and organizations through the years and have created a unique position to offer some the most competitive industry standard fees as your next Architectural Exteriors Photographer for all projects, big and small.
